We discovered extensive water damage under our restroom, and we got two quotes to remove the rotted wood and replace it. Daniel's quote was much lower than the other so we went with him. He was able to start right away, and completed the job when he said he would, within a few days. Daniel did very professional, thorough work, including the replacement and repainting of the exterior stucco that he had needed to remove to access the wood beneath the bathroom. Daniel was very pleasant to work with.
